Hatha Flow with Briana

In this Hatha Flow practice, Briana will guide you through 40 minutes of gentle movements and stretches intended to wake up your body and your mind. Start your day off with some yoga and some sunshine! Warning: There may be too much sunshine for some viewers (my apologies for the lighting/video quality!) No props are necessary!

Hot Yoga 60 with Sarah ft. Briana and Krista

A full length Hot 60 Hatha yoga class live at Santosha. Full dialogue by our owner and instructor Sarah with live demoing from Briana and Krista. This class is traditionally practised in a hot room with humidity to improve flexibility. Best practised in front of a mirror for correcting your own alignment. Please note we took extra precaution with physical distancing during this filming, measuring and taping markers 6 feet apart.

In this video, Briana will guide you through a one hour Yin yoga practice, designed to help you connect to your heart space. You will move through poses intended to open your chest, shoulders, and heart, as well as to move through any stagnant energy or blockages that may exist in your Anahata (heart) Chakra. Recommended: One prop of choice (block, blanket, pillow, etc.)

Our Mindfulness meditation teacher Pat guides you through 25-minute body scan that you can do in the comfort of your own home. No props are necessary.

Alternate Nostril Breathing with Briana

In this short video tutorial, Briana will guide you through a breathing exercise called alternate-nostril breathing, or Nadi Shodhana Pranayama. This is a calming breath that will help you to balance your energy. It can be used as a tool to revitalize you when you are feeling down or sluggish, bringing you more clarity and focus. It is also a great tool to calm your nervous system, to quiet an overactive mind, and to alleviate stress and anxiety. You can practice this pranayama anywhere, anytime throughout your day to help you to become more grounded, more mindful, more balanced.
