Traditional 60

Express Traditional Yoga Class (60 Minutes)
Inspired by the “Bikram Method”, this class is the same sequence of postures and heated environment that you have grown to love, but shortened to 60 minutes. This is the perfect class for those maintaining a traditional yoga practice – the class provides the maximum benefits of the “Bikram Method” in the shortest amount of time.

Yin & Meditation 60

Target the deepest tissues of the body, the connective tissues — ligaments, joints, bones, and the deep fascia networks of the body — rather than the muscles. Postures are held for longer lengths of time and practiced on the floor with the use of props.
