Hot Yoga 60

Express Hot Yoga Class (60 Minutes)
Inspired by the “Bikram Method”, this class is the same sequence of postures and heated environment that you have grown to love, but shortened to 60 minutes. This is the perfect class for those maintaining a hot yoga practice – the class provides the maximum benefits of the “Bikram Method” in the shortest amount of time.

Hot Yoga 75

The original 26 & 2 Bikram Method is hot yoga for beginners. 75 min hot yoga is safe and extremely effective for everyone no matter what kind of physical shape you’re in.

Hot Yoga 90

The original 26 & 2 Bikram Method is hot yoga for beginners. It’s a 90-minute series of 26 yoga poses and 2 breathing exercises performed in a heated room. It is safe and extremely effective for everyone no matter what kind of physical shape you’re in.

Beginner friendly! Although this class is 90 min. long, it’s great for beginners as it’s slower paced. Every Posture is done twice.

Kickboxing & Kettlebell

30 min Cardio Kickboxing & 30 min Kettlebell. Great combo!

Barre

Barre Fitness classes are a combination of calisthenics, stability, cardio, flexibility and grooving. We will start with a warm-up and upper body in the centre then use the ballet barre to focus on lower body, abs and balance. *No previous dance experience required. We promise the tunes will be good! Please bring your yoga mat.

Mindfulness Meditation

Mindfulness Meditation is an opportunity to learn and practice mindfulness skills to use in meditation and everyday life. The class is open for all ages and all level of experience. Wear comfortable clothing and a yoga mat is optional.

Restorative Yoga

A form of yoga that seeks to achieve physical, mental and emotional relaxation with the aid of props. The use of props makes it easier for you to maintain balance while you are stimulating and relaxing your body.

Please sign up online or register at the front desk before hand as class is limited to a maximum of 15 students.
NOTE: If signed up but you are not here a minimum of 5 minutes before class starts, your spot will be given away to walk-ins on a first come first serve basis.

Warm Yin & Meditation

Target the deepest tissues of the body, the connective tissues — ligaments, joints, bones, and the deep fascia networks of the body — rather than the muscles. Postures are held for longer lengths of time and practiced on the floor with the use of props.
