Hot Hatha Flow 60
Hot Hatha Yoga with some added flowing sequences. Great for strength and improving flexibility with deep stretches. All levels welcome.
Hot Power Flow
Students fluidly move from one pose to the next while connecting their breathing to their movements.
Hot Tabata is an interval training A high-intensity body-weight workout perfect for burning fat and sculpting up quick! We have taken it to another level by adding the heat. It Consists of planks, push-up jumping jacks and also a great ab workout.
Hot Vinyasa Fusion
This all-levels friendly practice focuses on alignment and physical awareness while honouring the fluidity of movement found in vinyasa yoga. While no two classes are the same, you can expect sun salutations, power moves to increase stamina, as well as yin-style postures to enhance flexibility and compliment the more active quality of the practice. Please inform the instructor of any injuries prior to class so that modifications may be given as needed.
Hot Yoga 60
Express Hot Yoga Class (60 Minutes)
Inspired by the “Bikram Method,” this class is the same sequence of postures and heated environment that you have grown to love, but shortened to 60 minutes. This is the perfect class for those maintaining a hot yoga practice – the class provides the maximum benefits of the “Bikram Method” in the shortest amount of time.
Hot Yoga 75
75 min hot yoga uniting breath and movement.
Hot Yoga 90
The original 26 & 2 Bikram Method is hot yoga for beginners. It’s a 90-minute series of 26 yoga poses and 2 breathing exercises performed in a heated room. It is safe and extremely effective for everyone no matter what kind of physical shape you’re in.
Beginner friendly! Although this class is 90 min. long, it’s great for beginners as it’s slower paced. Every Posture is done twice.
Kickboxing & Kettlebell
30 min Cardio Kickboxing & 30 min Kettlebell. Great combo!
Mindfulness Meditation is an opportunity to learn and practice mindfulness skills to use in meditation and everyday life. The class is open for all ages and all level of experience. Wear comfortable clothing and a yoga mat is optional.
Restorative Yoga 75
A form of yoga that seeks to achieve physical, mental and emotional relaxation with the aid of props. The use of props makes it easier for you to maintain balance while you are stimulating and relaxing your body.
Please sign up online or register at the front desk before hand as class is limited to a maximum of 15 students.

Warm Yin & Meditation
Target the deepest tissues of the body, the connective tissues — ligaments, joints, bones, and the deep fascia networks of the body — rather than the muscles. Postures are held for longer lengths of time and practiced on the floor with the use of props.
